1. We, Malhotra Capital & Turnaround Holdings LLP (CIN/LLPIN: AAB-4921), having our registered office at Chamber 402, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, hereby unconditionally submit our Expression of Interest (“EOI”) to act as a Prospective Resolution Applicant (“PRA”) for pursuant to the invitation published in Form G.
2. We confirm that we are submitting this EOI as a standalone corporate resolution applicant with full corporate and financial standing.
3. We hereby certify that our tangible net worth as on the preceding financial close exceeds ₹150 Crores INR, which fully satisfies the minimum qualification eligibility criteria stipulated in the Form G issued by the Resolution Professional.
